Morning Session has sold out! 9:00 am – 11:15 am (PT) Now adding afternoon session - space is limited. 1:30 pm - 3:45 pm (PT) Presented in English by Attorney Brett Sutton, Sutton Hague Law Corporation Presented in Spanish by Attorney Evelin Bailey, Sutton Hague Law Corporation California employers with 5 or more employees must have ALL management and supervisors complete sexual harassment prevention training by January 1, 2020. New California law also requires employers with 5 or more employees to provide training to non-supervisors (1 hour) by January 1, 2020. ANY COMPANY THAT SENDS 5 OR MORE SUPERVISORS/MANAGERS TO THE FEBRUARY 20 LIVE TRAINING SESSION WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FOR A FREE ACCESS LINE TO A ONE HOUR WEBINAR TRAINING FOR NON-MANAGERS IN 2019 PROVIDED BY SUTTON HAGUE LAW CORPORATION (HAVE AS MANY IN THE ROOM AS YOU WANT). The training will meet all requirements for mandatory training under CA Law. Certificates will be issued. Two (2) hours of HRCI/SHRM credit will be available.
