Event Description:
The Resource Expo is designed to provide select companies and organizations that meet our exhibitor criteria (outlined below) with the opportunity to showcase their services and/or programs to the hundreds of Summit attendees that include insurance companies, diverse suppliers, government agencies, board leaders, and other insurance diversity stakeholders.

Please indicate your interest in becoming an exhibitor by completing the exhibitor registration today. Upon receipt of your interest form, we will review and contact you to discuss further.


As a virtual event, each exhibitor will be assigned a virtual booth. There is no cost to participate as an exhibitor and we encourage you to customize your virtual booth with your company's branding collateral, videos, and much more! There is plenty of opportunities to engage with Summit attendees including interactive chat rooms and virtual meet-ups. More information will be provided upon confirmation of your participation.

Please review the Summit agenda to reference the times for the Resource Expo. 


(Priority considerations are provided to companies and/or organizations that meet at least one of the listed criteria)

  • Organizations that provide diverse suppliers with tools and resources to grow their business in the insurance space
  • Supplier development programs that mentor diverse suppliers to strengthen their companies
  • Organizations that support insurance companies in developing or improving supplier diversity programs
  • Organizations or programs that provide tools or resources to increase diversity on governing boards

The deadline for submission for consideration is Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

Local businesses and organizations are encouraged to submit their events to the Chamber’s community calendar.  Please adhere to the following guidelines for all event submissions:
– Preference will be given to those events taking place in the cities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, and Portola Valley. Large scale events of influence outside the city of Menlo Park will be considered for inclusion on an individual basis.
– The Menlo Park Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to publish events at their discretion.
